Galleria Design and Wine Series

The best rooms have a soul that’s inviting, personal, and warm.

But what—exactly—are the ingredients for creating beautiful and functional spaces? And what if you want to take it up a notch and incorporate the latest design styles and trends into your home? Where do you begin?

You can begin at the Galleria Design & Wine Series, four separate events designed to help people learn from design industry professionals, explore the wonderful Galleria Shops of Distinction, taste light bites from Galleria restaurants, and try the season’s newest wines from Washington’s Chateau Ste Michelle—all in a casual, relaxed atmosphere. The four events—April 10, June 5, August 7, and October 2—are from 6 to 8 p.m. and pair local restaurants with professionals from Galleria stores, many offering exclusive offers to attendees.

The April 10 event will feature experts from Crate and Barrel talking about outdoor entertaining, with appetizers provided by Crave; the June 5 event will feature experts from Arhaus with appetizers Pittsburgh Blue; the August 7 event will feature experts from Pottery Barn/PB Teen/Pottery Barn Kids and Restoration Hardware with appetizers by Big Bowl and Peoples Organic Coffee and Wine Café; and the October 2 event will feature design experts from Gabberts Design Studio and Fine Furnishings, with appetizers provided by Good Earth.

Learn how to infuse personality into your home while giving your space a modern feel, enjoy some wine and light bites, and go shopping! Learn a little, sip a little wine, do a little shopping. Sounds like the perfect night out to me!

Individual tickets are $15 in advance; $20 at the door. Series tickets are $50. All proceeds benefit Bridging, a local nonprofit organization that distributes household goods to individuals and families in transition, providing Minnesotans with dignity and choice. (You may have heard of Bridging through the Annual Subway Bedrace for Bridging event on Buck Hill and Bring a Blanket Drive.)
