Pig & Fiddle brings great brews to Edina

St. Paul’s Muddy Pig did something that needed doing: they brought serious beer west. Two-year-aged sour-cherry Belgian ale, fresh-as-can-be Fulton beer from downtown Minneapolis, and nearly three-dozen other options make for what is likely the best beer list between Hennepin Avenue and Seattle. Add a solid burger and an excellent moules frites (made with beer, in the Belgian style, naturally, the mussels tender and kept warm in a smart iron serving pot) and you’ll see why a great gastropub is  vital to a very nice life.
