Chefs and educators from Lunds and Byerly’s and local food co-ops will cover everything from incredible organic gourmet recipes to how to make your own delicious and nutritious organic baby food. Learn how to can homegrown vegetables or how to set up the perfect pantry with bulk foods. Classes will be offered on the Kitchen Basics Stage. See some of the Twin Cities’ top chefs on the Celebrity Chef Stage as they create delectable dishes for you to taste and enjoy! BIKE FASHION SHOW
Cycling is more popular than ever. It’s a lifestyle! During the fashion show, we prove that bike wear is runway worthy! May 5 and 6, 1 p.m., Progress Center Stage.

The Bicycle Alliance of Minnesota will provide safety and bike maintenance tips throughout the Expo. Bring your bike! Wright and Cosgrove Avenues.
