Don’t miss the new textile exhibit at the MIA, which just opened over Labor Day weekend! The exhibit, entitled “Optical Effects,” features printed textiles from the 1970s. With heavy influence from the Op Art movement and a new wave of technology, the bold, graphic patterns are sure to wow. Everything old is new again, so if you’re looking for home design inspiration (an old chair in need of a new upholstery job, perhaps?) be sure to stop by and check it out.
