Recognized internationally as one of the finest venues of its type, Ordway Center for the Performing Arts stands as the only world-class performing arts center in the region and is an invaluable asset to the community. The Ordway offers everything from presentations and self-produced Broadway musicals and dramas, a World Dance and World Music series, to the Flint Hills International Children’s Festival. It provides a world-class home for The Saint Paul Chamber Orchestra, The Schubert Club, and The Minnesota Opera, hosts presentations by local performing arts organizations VocalEssence, Theatre Mu, and Theatre Latte Da, and provides support to the Saint Paul Conservatory for Performing Artists.

“Our mission is to serve as a catalyst for the artistic vitality of our community by hosting, presenting, and creating performing arts and educational programs that engage artists and enrich diverse audiences. We’re all about entertaining and bringing joy to the community,” says Tyra Wahman, communications manager.
