Tuxedoes, high heels, sparkles, and smiles were out in full force at the first annual Rumble on the Runway and Minnesota Fashion Awards. The evening consisted of four local fashion stores going head to head with each other—each organizing a runway segment showcasing each store’s fashion, in addition to demonstrating the talent of the hair and makeup artists partnering with each store.
