At the newly named Girvan Grille, located at Edinburgh USA, the picturesque golf course in Brooklyn Park (8700 Edinbrook Crossing, 763-315-8535), executive chef Jim Malinowski has created a new menu that features such dishes as mahogany-braised pork, horseradish-crusted filet, “wok-and-roll” chicken salad, and walleye—all from local and sustainable sources.
