Set your eyes on the sky for a night that will be out of this world. Hosted by Marshall W. Alworth Planetarium, the Dark Sky Caravan is stopping at Split Rock Lighthouse for guided telescope exploration and a documentary showing.

Luck of the Irish

Recognized as one of the most family-friendly events in the Twin Cities, the annual Irish Fair of Minnesota embraces Irish Heritage through music, dancing, food, and fun. Kids 13 years or younger get in free. General Admission Tickets are $20.

The 28th annual Northwoods Art and Book Festival hosts high-quality artists and award-winning authors. This family-friendly event in Hackensack will feature a “poetry safari,” traveling museum for kids, food trucks, craft beer, live music, and more.
 

A Cultural Celebration

Celebrating 50 years, the Indian Association of Minnesota (IAM) invites all Minnesotans to IndiaFest—where Indian culture, heritage, and traditions intersect. The free event with food and family-friendly events lasts all day from 11 a.m. to 9 p.m.  

Bikers Blast  

What: Bridge the Valley Bike Rally
When: Aug. 13
Where: Chestnut Plaza, Downtown Stillwater  

Experience the picturesque St. Croix Valley by bike. Surrounding Stillwater’s historic lift bridge, bikers of all ages, levels, and experiences can enjoy a summer ride on routes throughout Stillwater and Western Wisconsin.

A Circus Act

Catch the show in its final performances! At Circus Juventas, the legend of King Arthur takes the stage with “Excalibur,” preformed by a highly-qualified youth circus troop. This summer extravaganza is the culmination of the students’ studies.
