Filling a void in the airport gift-shop scene, this treasure just off the main mall features artisan-made items in place of mass-produced T-shirts, looking to the Uptown Art Fair for its inspiration.
The creative spirit embraced by the fair is abundant in the store, where products span from Minnesota classics such as J.W. Hulme leather goods to bow ties by Pierrepont Hicks. Everything from Urban Junket travel bags to butter-soft Itasca moccasins has been crafted in the Upper Midwest—almost exclusively in Minnesota.
With new artisans and items rotated weekly, this shop is a perfect reason to travel more frequently, giving Minnesotans and their visitors souvenirs of which they can be proud.
