More than 180 rare and vintage automobiles, boats, and motorcycles came together along Lake Minnetonka, at the Excelsior Commons, on July 28 for the biggest 10,000 Lakes Concours d’Elegance yet. Winners of the seventh annual event’s “Contest of Elegance” got to parade their top-tier classics, while, as guest judges, movie critic Rusty Gatenby (WCCO-TV) and automotive journalist Randy Stern oversaw the era-matching costume contest. The charitable partner, Bridging, provides furniture and goods to those transitioning out of homelessness—and took in more than $25,000 in donations.
