The Bone Appetit Gala benefiting Secondhand Hounds took place September 5 at the Renaissance Minneapolis Hotel, with 500 guests in attendance. Hosted by Media Bridge Advertising’s Giselle Ugarte, WCCO-TV anchor Frank Vascellaro, and Secondhand Hounds’ founder, Rachel Mairose, the event was all about saying “Yes!” to committing to life-saving efforts and rescuing animals. Raising $250,000 to support the rescue’s mission, the evening featured a “Smooch a Pooch” photo op, local art gallery, delicious food and beverage, a doghouse pop-up shop, and live auction.
