The 2018 Saint Paul Winter Carnival was held January 25 – February 10 in Saint Paul, MN. The 132nd annual event included activities throughout Rice Park, the Minnesota State Fairgrounds, and downtown Saint Paul and welcomed 300,000+ visitors throughout the 17-day Carnival.
