On a beautiful May weekend, guests toasted to medical discoveries while hearing inspirational patient stories and honoring individuals (including Vikings tight end Kyle Rudolph and Wild left wing Jason Zucker) and organizations that support the University of Minnesota Masonic Children’s Hospital. Saturday evening’s Fine Wine Dinner courses were paired with wine selected by an Italian winemaster. WCCO TV personalities Jason DeRusha (also a Minnesota Monthly food editor) and Ali Lucia were emcees of the black-tie affair. Overall, the weekend raised more than $1 million for the hospital, pushing the all-time total above $16 million.
