Growing up in a St. Paul suburb, I shopped at Rosedale Center. Back then, the only draw was Dayton’s and the Gap, and eastsiders like me would have to trek to Southdale or Ridgedale for great shopping. This is my go-to for dresses, cashmere sweaters, statement jewerly, Italian-leather flats, casual tees and tanks, and classic suiting.
