Max’s 11th Anniversary + Peacebomb Jewelry Launch: Fine jewelry and gift store Max’s marks its 11th birthday this week with the launch of fair-trade brand Article 22’s line of Peacebomb jewelry. The jewelry is crafted by artisans in Laos who create the pieces using shrapnel said to be from bombs dropped by the U.S. in the country during the ’60s and ’70s.
