English alternative rock band Love and Rockets may not have as many big hits as the other English alternative rock band coming to St. Paul later this week, The Cure, but fans of the group formed by Bauhaus members are sure to flash back to the 1990s with favorites “Ball of Confusion” and “So Alive.”

What: Red Bull Bonus Track competition

Where: Trollhaugen Resort, 2232 100th Ave., Dresser, Wisconsin
Red Bull Bonus Track is a single-day snowboard competition of 16 pairs of pro snowboarders competing and filming their feats on the specially-built coursein a Wisconsin forest. The videos will be edited that day and shown at a watch party that night at the resort.
