Some seriously fun shopping is cropping up on Minnehaha Avenue near 38th and 42nd streets in south Minneapolis. The addition of E’s Emporium, with its hand-painted signs and Tiki bar–like storefront is quickly gaining on my list of must-shop vintage haunts. On a recent visit, I walked out with two paint-by-number ballerinas, a set of nesting tables, and a few odds and ends. The twice-monthly sales are fun to shop—the store is set up like you’re poring through someone’s well-loved collections—and prices are competitive, to boot.
