Think: butter-fried morels, morel kabobs with beef, prosciutto-wrapped asparagus with garlic-and-morel butter, and even morel ice cream. (What’s with all the fungi-fuss? These are the mushrooms even mushroom-haters love, elevated in French cooking.) Also: wine, ciders, Fulton brews, live music by Parisota Hot Club, and more. Learn more.
