What: Irving Berlin’s Music Box Revue 1921

The 1920s introduced the world to jazz, and it returns this weekend. The revue shows off composer Irving Berlin’s chapters in the Great American Songbook and adds humor with comedy sketches. A portion of the proceeds go to those with chronic illnesses and homeless youth. Learn more.

What: Stillwater Harvest Festival

Did you know pumpkins float? They do, and the pumpkin regatta (a water race) puts racers inside huge hollow ones, frantically rowing down the St. Croix River. Stick around for a chili cook-off, beer gardens, and live bands. The event ends with a bang: the dropping of a giant pumpkin. Learn more.
