Tucked into 57 scenic acres in western Wisconsin, Everwood Farmstead Foundation is welcoming audiences back for its 14th season—offering a thoughtful blend of music, art, and community.

Located in Glenwood City, Wisconsin, the former dairy farm has become a creative hub for the St. Croix River Valley arts corridor. At the heart of the experience is Everwood’s 110-year-old barn—described as a “cathedral of wood and sound”—where performances and workshops unfold. Throughout the summer, more than 30 professional artists from across the country will also call the farm home for weeklong residencies.

“This land shapes how people show up here,” says co-founder Bill Underwood. “The property invites care, listening, and perspective. As the organization grows, the connection between art, nature, and community continues to guide everything we do.”

The 2026 season features a lineup of intimate performances, including Courtney Hartman (June 6), Maygen & The Birdwatcher (Aug. 1), S. Carey (Aug. 29), and Pert Near Sandstone (Sept. 12).

On Aug. 15, the farm’s annual CULTIVATE celebration returns with music, food, and a performance by Leslie Vincent—an afternoon designed to gather supporters and grow the foundation’s impact.

Hands-on workshops are also part of the season, with opportunities to explore relief printmaking, country dance, and podcasting alongside experienced instructors.

Beyond the stage, Everwood’s commitment to arts access continues to ripple outward. Through its Aspiring Artists Fund, the foundation donates half of all pay-what-you-can Artist Series ticket proceeds to local school arts programs. The organization has surpassed $70,000 in support since 2012. Co-founder Chris Everett says, “We need our artists … Sometimes the right poem, play, or painting really does make a difference.”
