Be The Change MN Golf Tournament

September 3

Hit a hole-in-one for a good cause at this year’s Be The Change MN Golf Tournament at Theodore Wirth Golf Club in Minneapolis, September 3, 2022.

This charitable event brings together people who might not otherwise cross paths for a round of golf, great conversation, and the chance to build lasting relationships with members of the Black community. Proceeds from the tournament go to nonprofits with reduced operating budgets, youth organizations, and grassroots community groups. Each foursome on the course includes one community leader. Participating leaders this year include Minneapolis Fire Chief Bryan Tyner, World Champion boxers Caleb Truax and Jamal James, and KMOJ Radio’s Walter ‘Q Bear’ Banks among more than two dozen others.
