BEAR’ly Open XVII: Golf on Ice
February 1, 2025 @ 11:00 am - 3:00 pm
The annual BEAR’ly Open Golf on Ice Event takes place on the first weekend of February each year at Ramsey County Beach on beautiful White Bear Lake in Minnesota.
The fun kicks off with the Community Pre-Party on Friday, January 31, 2025 at the White Bear Country Inn. The evening includes live music, fun games and activities, hors d’oeuvres, and a cash bar.
Then join us on the frozen shores of White Bear Lake for Golf on Ice on Saturday, February 1, 2025. Enjoy a fantastically frozen round of golf on two custom-designed, 9-hole courses with your friends. Bring your own creative “golf club,” a hockey stick, broom, tennis racket, or anything that will hit a tennis ball. Prizes will be awarded for the best costume, best sled, and best tent (golfers’ choice). Spend time in the Tent City for DJ’d entertainment, mascot dance-offs, and beverages and treats from local businesses and organizations.
Can’t join us in person? The Online Auction runs January 27-February 1, 2025. You can still help by participating in our online auction, where you will find many gifts and experiences donated by local businesses and community members.
We are also seeking sponsorships and auction donations for this great fundraiser benefiting the White Bear Area Food Shelf. Please share this information with your family, friends, and colleagues and help us raise funds to eradicate food insecurity in our community!
Tickets and commemorative merchandise go on sale December 1 at www.bearlyopen.org. Net proceeds from the tournament will go to the White Bear Area Food Shelf, where the need has never been greater! Learn more about the Food Shelf at www.whitebearfoodshelf.org.
The BEAR’ly Open is an official event of the 2025 Saint Paul Winter Carnival.
