Emotions In Motion: 5K Run/Walks take place in communities like yours across the country, with the proceeds benefiting Suicide Awareness Voices of Education (SAVE). This 3-hour immersive walk in nature will be mostly silent, honor each participant’s personal space, and cover just about a mile and half over generally flat surfaces. We encourage a phone-free experience, but this is not required and is solely dependent on your comfort level. A casual "conversation circle" gathering at the library for adults to practice speaking in English for an hour. Topics are kept fun and light-hearted.
