C&G + Sweat & Stretch with Erika Marie Fitness

Join CRISP COACH and Straightline Dance Fitness instructor, Erika Cianciaruso, for a free 45 min all levels Sweat & Stretch class.
This class combines High Intensity Interval Training (HiiT) with deep stretching to give you the best of both worlds. This workout is designed to sculpt every part of your body, as well as increase stamina and improve strength. Extended stretch sequences will increase flexibility and reduce soreness. Shoes encouraged. Bring your own mat, water bottle and sweat towel.
**REMEMBER TO BRING YOUR OWN MAT**
Attendees will receive complimentary aqua frescas after class!
