Join chefs Joe and Dotty in the kitchen this Spring! Try your hand at French cooking in the brand new teaching kitchen at the Alliance. They will demonstrate a classic French meal in this 2.5-hour long cooking class. You’ll walk away with new recipes to share!
April 28 – Tahiti
Amuse-Bouche – Baguette, Brie, Tropical fruit
Appetizer – Poisson cru
Soup – Ginger-infused consommé
Fish Course – Shrimp in Tahitian vanilla sauce, rice
Entrée – Poulet Fafa with taro chips

Appetizer – Moules à la Normande
Salad – Salade au camembert et aux pommes
Fish Course – White fish with classic sauce Normande
Entrée – Poulet au cidre de pomme et calvados
Sweet – Tarte Normande
