Cooking Classes at AFMSP – Dinner Classes with Raymond

An event every week that begins at 6:00 pm on Thursday, repeating until June 16, 2022
Join chef Raymond in the kitchen this Spring! Try your hand at French cooking in the brand new teaching kitchen at the Alliance. Raymond will demonstrate a classic French dinner and dessert in this 2.5-hour long cooking class. You’ll walk away with a new recipe to share!

April 21 – Artichauts vinaigrette, Paillard de poulet, Tarte
April 28 – Cervelle de canut, Hachis parmentier,
May 5 – Poireaux vinaigrette, Poulet cuisse de
grenouille, Gratin Dauphinois, Pavlova
May 12 – Oeufs cocotte, Moules frites, Crème caramel
May 19 – Vichyssoise, Navarin d’agneau, Tarte aux pommes
May 26 – Ricotta maison pain grillé, Gnudi beurre à la
June 2 – Gougères, Poulet Basquaise, Tarte aux fraises
June 9 – Choux saumon fumé, Crème citronnée, Sardines
grillées/Rôties sauce vierge, Tian Provençal,
June 16 – Tomates mozzarella huile basilic, Blanquette
de dinde, Clafoutis
