Cooking Classes at AFMSP – Lunch Classes with Raymond

An event every week that begins at 10:30 am on Tuesday, repeating until June 14, 2022

Join chef Raymond in the kitchen this Spring! Try your hand at French cooking in the brand new teaching kitchen at the Alliance. Raymond will demonstrate a classic French dinner and dessert in this 2.5-hour long cooking class. You’ll walk away with a new recipe to share!
Lunch – Plat, Dessert
Tuesdays, April 19 to June 14, 10 am to 1 pm
April 19 – Quiche Lorraine, Salade de mesclun,
Tarte Tatin
April 26 – Croque monsieur/madame avec
Béchamel, Salade de mâche, Clafoutis aux
fruits de saison
May 3 – Risotto printanier, Salade de fruits
May 10 – Courgettes farcies, Macarons aux amandes
May 17 – Salade Niçoise, Bugnes Lyonnaises
May 24 – Crêpes aux crevettes beurre blanc/jambon
fromage, Crêpes sucrées ou Suzette
May 31 – Soupe à l’oignon, Glace maison sous vide
June 7 – Oeufs en meurette, Toasts, Crème brûlée
June 14 – Brandade Nîmoise pain grillé, Mont-Blanc
*Classes will be in French, English or both, based on the preference of participants.
