Free Yoga at Peavey Plaza

Invite your friends and family and join us for FREE Yoga at Peavey Plaza every Wednesday from 5:45 – 6:45 pm. Bring a water bottle, a mat and a towel. Registration is not required but encouraged. Just show up and join in on the fun!
Members and nonmembers are welcome! Connect postures with mindful breathing to build strength and positive energy with the community. Whether you have extensive practice or if you’re a beginner, connect your body and mind through breath.
