International Yoga Day at Union Depot

Located on the East Plaza at Union Depot, the event is FREE and open to the public.
The festivities will provide opportunities for attendees to recharge their bodies and minds with Studio 9-to-5, including three live yoga classes taught by Studio 9-to-5 instructors. These classes will each incorporate a different style of yoga. Participants are encouraged to bring a yoga mat, water, and towel, if needed, for the fitness-focused classes.
9 AM – 10 AM: Yoga with Emily Rose
10:30 AM – 11:30 AM: Yoga Sculpt
12:00 PM – 12:45 PM: DOGA – Yoga with your dog
A live DJ will perform at the event’s yoga classes, creating an ideal ambiance for self-rejuvenation.
