Denmark-based jewelry designer Lene Vibe will visit Max’s at The Shops at Excelsior & Grand for a trunk show Friday, May 30 and Saturday, May 31 from 10:00am-6:00pm. The trunk show will feature Lene’s extensive collections of designs inspired by the natural world, handcrafted in her Copenhagen studio. Lene launched her collection in 2002 after apprenticing and working for legendary Danish jewelry designer Georg Jensen whose brand was founded in 1904. A gardener with a passion for exploring the forest and watching the constant movements of the ocean, Lene creates whimsical flowers and creatures that surround baroque South Sea Keshi and Tahitian pearls, rough cut and raw diamonds, and gemstones.
