New Year, New Priorities: You First! With Kim Keprios (IN-PERSON)
February 1 @ 11:30 am - 1:00 pm$35 – $55
As you dive into the new year with your list of “to-dos” and feel like the marathon is already underway — take a pause.
Join TeamWomen to explore what triggers and barriers land you at the bottom of the priority list, and how to recognize and honor your needs for wellbeing moving forward.
Through a sampler exercise, personal reflection, and small group discussion, you will set the stage for a new approach to your priority list with you at the top!
Lunch is provided for the in-person option.
