Rothchild Family Concert Series: Osip Nikiforov and Daniel Orsen

December 11 @ 6:30 pm - 7:30 pm

Join the Laurel School of Music for the free Rothchild Family Concert Series at the Minnesota History Center. Each concert features a unique program performed by members of the music school’s faculty. Don’t miss this chance to hear the series in the beautiful History Center Museum on select Thursday nights!

The December concert features a gorgeous pairing of piano and viola. Osip Nikiforov (piano) and Daniel Orsen (viola) present an enchanting performance that blends the rich, resonant tones of the viola with the elegance of the piano. Their concert will showcase Franz Schubert’s Arpeggione Sonata and J.S. Bach’s Third Cello Suite, among other beloved classics, highlighting the unique interplay between the two instruments as soloists and in duet.

Free Minnesota History Center admission and parking is available every Thursday from 4-8 pm. Beer, wine, nonalcoholic beverages, and snacks available for purchase. Learn more about the Laurel School of Music at https://www.laurelschoolofmusic.org/. This event is free and open to the public.
