Join internationally-acclaimed choreographer Gemma Bond, from the American Ballet Theatre (ABT) and The Royal Ballet, for a world-class choreography workshop at Minnesota Dance Theatre. Gemma has choreographed for dance companies around the world, and is the recipient of the 2017 Princess Grace Award, the 2018 Clive Barnes Foundation Award for Choreography, and the 2020 Bessie Award for Outstanding Breakout Choreographer.
Schedule
10:30-11:30 Technique Warm-up with Lauren Post (MDT School Director and former ABT dancer)
11:45-1:45 Choreography with Gemma Bond (former dancer with ABT and The Royal Ballet)
2-2:30 Free & public showcase in Studio 6A (with free mocktails!)
The workshop and showcase will both take place at Minnesota Dance Theatre’s Studio 6A on the 6th Floor.
