Join St. Joseph’s School of Music-Saint Paul Conservatory of Music for a free performance series at the Minnesota History Center. Each concert features a unique program performed by members of the recently-merged music school’s faculty. For many years, Saint Paul Conservatory of Music has presented their daytime monthly Coffee Concerts. Don’t miss this chance to hear the series in the beautiful History Center Museum on select Thursday nights!
Join us in a journey through time, with a delightfully diverse selection of early music spanning from the Middle Ages to the Baroque period. Featuring several of the Twin Cities’ finest early music specialists who double as fantastic faculty members of SJSM-SPCM, you won’t want to miss this sonic tapestry of rich polyphony, sweet melody, and vibrant dance from centuries past. This June performance will feature Kathy Lee (soprano), James Sherepa (countertenor), Maryne Mossey (viol and cello), Julie Elhard (viols and strings), and Steven Zubich on harpsichord.
