EVENT RULES AND REGULATIONS
REMINDER: THIS IS A CANNABIS SAMPLING EVENT ONLY.
NO ALCOHOLIC PRODUCTS ARE ALLOWED AT THIS EVENT.
Exhibitor Lanyard
All exhibitor lanyards are claimed on site at the exhibitor check-in table located at the event load-in location (see map below). You are required to wear the lanyard at all times when on event floor and visible by event staff. If a staff member is splitting a shift with someone, it is their responsibility to make arrangements to transfer their lanyard to that person. Our staff can hold lanyards for you at the exhibitor check-in table. If you are unsure how many lanyards come with your participation, please review your contract or reach out to Rick Krueger at rkrueger@greenspring.com. Additional lanyards can be ordered in advance with our Show Service Order Form or purchased on site at the Exhibitor Check-In table located at the event load-in/out (see map below) Each additional lanyard is $35.00. Orders must be placed by October 27.
Exhibitor Lanyards are for your staff working the event.
Staffing
Exhibit areas must be staffed from 6 pm – 9 pm, and the areas must be completely set and staffed by 5:30 pm. Under no circumstance should your exhibit area be without a staff person.
All staff on-site setting up and working during show hours must be 21+.
All staff (attendees, exhibitor, etc.) must be 21+ during show hours, including load-in and out hours. No exceptions. Please have photo ID easily accessible.
Children are not allowed during load-in and out times or during the event.
Garbage & Excess Product Disposal
Please be sure to keep your trash and recycling organized during the event. After the event, please place your trash and recycling in the trash receptacles marked on the map below. There will be onsite trash bins for guest use during the event. If you plan to have large amounts of trash, empty bottles or cans, etc., we suggest you bring your own large trash can/drum.
If you have product left over after the show, you MUST take it with you.
Product Shipments
This venue is unable to accept advance shipments, and any early delivery will not be accepted with return fees the responsibility of the sender. The best method for delivering product to the event is to bring everything with you during setup. Exhibit Space Amenities
Your contract includes a 6’ table with a black spandex linen and your exhibit space will be 10×10. We highly suggest that you bring your own branded table cloth to elevate your booth and branding opportunity at the event. There is no pipe/drape or carpeting.
Ice, bus tubs, water pitchers and dump buckets will be provided to exhibitors sampling beverages.
Sampling supplies are NOT provided. Exhibitors are responsible for providing their own bottle openers, corkscrews, bar rags, cutting boards, product and personnel.
Guests WILL be provided with a sampling glass at the entrance to the event.
Electricity
If you need access to electricity, you must pay for it via the Show Service Order Form. It will cost $85 to access power. The maximum power supply that is available is 120v/ 20amp. Orders must be placed by October 27 to gaurentee access.
Exhibitor Space Guidelines
– Exhibit Display / Signage Restrictions: Please be sensitive of your neighbors when setting up your display area. All signage materials must be contained within the realm of your space/table. The event team reserves the right to have your area adjusted should we find you are obstructing your neighbor. You are not permitted to hang signs outside of your space. Signage must look professionally made.
– Literature and Noise Restrictions: Interviews, demonstrations, and distribution of literature must be done within the exhibitor’s space. You may not “work the aisles.” Amplified systems, loud music, or other noise which interferes with other exhibitors is prohibited.
Load-In and Out
Load-in will begin at 2 pm. | Exhibit areas must be staffed from 6 pm – 9 pm, and the areas must be completely set and staffed by 5:30 pm.
2 pm – 5:30 pm
We will use the large garage door marked on the map below for load-in and out. You will have 15 min to unload your vehicle, check-in at exhibitor check-in and drop your product off at your space. We asked that you move to the designated parking location and return to set and stage your space.
The exhibitor check-in table will be located at the load-in location, and we will tell you the location of your space, provide you with exhibitor lanyards and a parking ticket for the provided parking.
Please bring your own dolly or cart to move your product.
During load-in you will be provided your exhibitor lanyards.
SPONSOR & EXHIBITOR PARKING
We have secured a separate parking location for sponsors and exhibitors. When you check in at exhibitor check-in you will be provided a parking ticket and directions to the provided parking.
You are welcome to park on the surrounding streets and in the surrounding parking lots, but please be sure to mind the posted parking rules and regulations. We are not responsible for parking tickets, etc.
We ask that you not parking in the Quincy Hall parking lot, and allow this lot for guests of the event.
