This Minneapolis brewery hosts a two-vessel steam heated brewhouse with six mirror-polished fermentation tanks. Inside a historic building called the Broadway, the brewery features beautiful exposed brick and timber along with polished concrete. Tours are free with a canned food donation to benefit the Little Kitchen Food Shelf.
