Chain of Lakes

A system of lakes in Minneapolis with paved walkways which are ideal for walking, jogging, bicycling, or ice or inline skating. Lake Harriet, Lake Bde Maka Ska and Lake of the Isles feature connected paths and are southwest of downtown Minneapolis. Lake Nokomis is southeast of downtown. Lake Bde Maka Ska and Lake of the Isles are walking distance from Uptown where equipment rental shops can serve you.
