Established in 1986, the Minnesota brewery houses copper kettles imported from Germany. Brewers of Summit Extra Pale Ale and other Summit beers.

Summit was on the Minnesota beer scene 25 years before taprooms were allowed in the state. Now you can sip on a signature beer, play weekly trivia, eat your weight in food truck fare and do all things taproom-like.
