With more than 30 years of surgical experience, Dr. David Whiting is recognized as one of the nation’s most accomplished LASIK and cataract surgeons. A Stanford-educated researcher and fellowship-trained ophthalmologist, Dr. Whiting was among the first in Minnesota to perform LASIK after FDA approval, helping tens of thousands achieve freedom from glasses and contacts. As founder and medical director of Whiting Clinic, he built one of the country’s most respected refractive surgery centers. Dr. Whiting has also served as Medical Director for national LASIK organizations including Joffe MediCenter and LASIKPlus. Now at OVO LASIK + LENS, he joins longtime colleague Dr. Mark Lobanoff to bring patients world-class expertise, cutting-edge technology, and a deeply personal approach to care.
