EVENT: On October 28 at the Minneapolis Event Center, Perspectives celebrated 40 years at their Party For Hope gala, featuring live auctions, dishes by top Twin Cities chefs, and live music, including a performance by the Voices of Hope Children’s Choir.
CAUSE: In the past 40 years, Perspectives has become the largest therapeutic supportive housing program in Minnesota for women and children who have experienced trauma through addition, homelessness, mental illness, and poverty.
HOPE: Perspectives assists mothers in maintaining their sobriety and stabilizing their mental health, as well as offering services such as employment counseling
and a children’s academic/social enrichment program. $532,000 was raised during the gala to continue these efforts.
