We all know about the great food inside Target Field, but sometimes you want to hit a bar or a restaurant for their specials before the game. I’ve found the best deals at spots near Target Field—and you don’t need a ticket to enjoy them. So here’s to baseball, and here’s to saving money!

Murray’s: This is the best deal in town: the incredible half-pound burger, created from the trimmings of Murray’s steak, plus fries and a bottle of domestic beer for $12. This is available in the bar only for the two hours before every home game.
Gluek’s Restaurant and Bar: A Kramarczuk’s brat plus a pint of Gluek beer for just $8 before all day games, home and away.
The Loon Cafe: An easy walk to Target field, with legendary chili. The Loon will have beer specials from when it opens until two hours after every home game: $3 Grain Belt Premium taps and bottles, Nordeast bottles; $4.50 Summit taps—EPA, Saga IPA, and Summit Seasonal (Maibock); and $4.50 Schell’s taps. Also: $5.50 Coney dogs and $8.95 waffle chili fries on special every home game!
Pizza Lucé (Downtown): $3.50 pints of Surly Furious or Surly Hell all day during home games.
