I’m out of town learning a lesson or two in San Francisco, but I left my heart in Minneapolis, and I wanted to be sure to share some Minnesota cheese info.
Minnesota’s own Caves of Faribault took 1st place in the Upper Midwest Dairy Industry Association cheese competition for their St. Pete’s Select premium blue cheese—their premium variety of blue cheese, aged more than 100 days.
For a limited time, you can still get your cheese-loving paws on some of their “Summertime Blues” cheese. For their summer blue cheese, they take their St. Pete’s Select Blue Cheese and bathe it in Summit Horizon Red Ale. Beer and cheese aren’t a bad way to bid farewell to summer, especially when combined!
