Boozehound

What can we say, with our 17th Annual Food and Wine Experience only eight days away, we have booze on our brains. (What’s that? Don’t have tickets? Purchase at foodwineshow.com!) So in the spirit of spirits, here are two books that came our way:

Speakeasy: Classic Cocktails Reimagined, From New York’s Employees Only Bar features the creative concoctions of mixologists Jason Kosmas and Dushan Zaric—while regaling readers with the tales behind the classics they resemble.

Boozehound: On the Trail of the Rare, the Obscure, and the Overrated in Spirits is written by Washington Post spirits columnist Jason Wilson, who travels the world to explore the origins of what we drink and why—and then tells us about it.

List at least one of the 350+ fine wines being served at next weekend’s Food and Wine Experience in the comments section below and one winner will be selected at random and mailed these two hardcover books!
