Dine for a Good Cause with 10 Locally Renowned Chefs at Twin Cities Table

Local chefs join hands for Open Arms

Foodies and philanthropists alike, take note: Minnesota Monthly is bringing together delicious dishes and charity in a big way, so grab a seat at the Twin Cities Table event.

Ten of the Cities’ top chefs (JP Samuelson of Red Stag Supper Club, Lucas Almendinger of the Third Bird, and Marshall Paulsen of Birchwood Café among them) will work as teams of two during the last week of January to create custom dinner menus to benefit Open Arms of Minnesota. This nonprofit organization prepares and delivers free meals made to meet the nutrition needs of those living with cancer, HIV/AIDS, MS, and ALS.

Each four-course dinner will include dessert and expert wine pairings, and will be served at Open Arms’ gorgeous new headquarters in south minneapolis. See below for a complete listing of dates and chefs, and go to MNMO.com/TwinCitiesTable to purchase tickets.
