No cooking here today, but this is still one of my faves. Simply:
1) Pick up a bunch of radishes—quite tasty even during the winter.
2) Lay your hands on seriously good butter—Hope Creamery, for instance.
3) Set out a little pile of coarse sea salt.
Swipe the radish through the butter, dip in a little salt, and enjoy. That’s all. It’s a little springy, definitely crunchy-creamy-spicy, simple and yet…amazing.
