Jamie Malone’s Essential Juice Recipe
Yield- Approx 2 C
Juice the following:
1 Fennel bulb and stalk
1 Red beet
1/2 inch chunk ginger
2 Large carrots
2 Honeycrisp (or any local apple)
1 Bunch parsley
Mix with:
2 Tablespoons Yogurt Whey
Pinch of Salt
Tips:
Local and seasonal is best.
If it’s organic, I don’t even bother to peel.
Drink on an empty stomach.
Riff on this recipe with whatever you have. You can’t go wrong! Vegetables and fruits taste great in pretty much any combination.
