EVENT: On April 28, more than 300 guests gathered at the Metropolitan Ballroom & Clubroom for Girls, Glamour & Giving—a fundraiser benefiting Interfaith Outreach & Community Partners (ICOP).

CAUSE: ICOP’s Project Success, a two-year transitional housing and family support program, moves families in the western suburbs toward long-term income and housing stability goals. By the end of the night, $54,000 was raised for Project Success, and the entire event raised more than $147,000 to assist local families through other ICOP programs.

GLAMOUR: Guests participated in shopping and beauty-related activities, including the opportunity to browse clothing, jewelry, and home accessories from local boutiques. In addition to a celebrity purse wall raffle, cocktail hour, and dinner, guests enjoyed a high-energy fashion show. Carly Aplin, a sports and entertainment journalist and founder of Minnesota’s Red Dress Collection, emceed the evening.
