Libertine in Uptown


James Beard Award–winning chef Tim McKee of La Belle Vie fame helped the Parasole restaurant group convert its Uptown Cafeteria into a steakhouse concept designed to attract a younger crowd than Manny’s. Libertine’s menu is a carnivore’s delight, offering a wide range of cuts, but inspiration comes from the sea, too, as with these brightly hued oyster shooters (in bloody mary, cucumber-gin fizz, and watermelon-margarita).
