The Minneapolis Foundation Fourth Generation’s 10th annual Graze 4 Good fundraiser was transformed into a four-part, at-home culinary event series in 2021.

Held February 13, March 5, March 27, and April 18, each event included exclusive interviews with local community and civic leaders, including entrepreneur Houston White, U.S. Rep. Dean Phillips, City of Minneapolis director of race and equity Joy Marsh Stephens, Noor Companies CEO and founder Nawal Noor, and Du Nord Craft Spirits founder Chris Montana.

All were tied to a meal experience—featured top Twin Cities food and beverage producers. Participants included Hai Hai chef Christina Nguyen, NIXTA chef Gustavo Romero, Brother Justus Whiskey Co., La Boulangerie Marguerite, Vivir, La Doña Cerveceria, Spinning Wylde, Moroccan Flavors, Eastside’s Scarlett Carrasco Polanco, and more.

The proceeds of approximately $30,000 went to fund grants for local nonprofits supporting economic justice. Food and drink tickets sold out quickly, with 131 people participating, with the vast majority attending all four sessions.
