The Dakota Jazz Club & Restaurant has a new team of executive chefs, Derik Moran and Kristin Tyborski, and are introducing them next week at a six-course dinner with wine pairings. Penfolds Wine Dinner is Wednesday, March 14, starts at 6:30 p.m., and here’s a preview of their menu:
Monkfish side, monkfish liver, compressed apple, musago, black trumpet, and china rose radish
